Roger Munchian is the Founder of Rescued Not Arrested, Inc.

During his incarceration at Lewis Prison back in 2003, he developed a passionfor outreach to the lost and forgotten in the jail/prison system.  This vision came true when, with the help of a friend, he started Life Changing Prison Ministry, a 501c3 in 2005, shortly after he was released from prison.

God has blessed his ministry and in 2010 when his organization transitioned into CCV Prison Ministry as a department of his home church, Christ’s Church of the Valley in Peoria, Arizona. Looking back they have so much to celebrate! They started off with 2 volunteers reaching to dozens each month and now have 150 volunteers reaching thousands of people every month.

Due to this tremendous growth, CCV Prison Ministry eventually transitioned to what is now known as Rescued Not Arrested, Inc.

Having no paid staff Rescued Not Arrested, Inc. is operated completely with donated resources and time by faithfully committed partners and volunteers.
